Elli-Inkeri Mononen is the Business Director of Legal Compliance Services at Vastuu Group. She has over a decade's worth of experience in regulatory compliance management, including being the founding member and CEO of Linnunmaa Lex Ltd.

Aleksi is a third-generation family business owner and CEO of TT Gaskets. He is an active board member of several companies, associations, and foundations. His current positions include Chair of the Industrial Committee of the Tampere Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Steering Group for Tampere University’s Centre of Excellence in Industrial Sales, and Vice Chair of the international association for family businesses.
Aleksi’s key areas of interest include profitable growth, productivity improvement, smart products, internationalisation, and long-term ownership. He explores these themes particularly from the perspective of Finnish industry and family businesses.


Lauri Kaminen, Technology Director, Promeco Group Oy.
Lauri serves as a Technology Director at Promeco Group Oy, where he is responsible for the company’s digitalization, production systems development, and IT architecture in an international operating environment. He has extensive experience in industrial process development, the implementation of enterprise systems, and leveraging data to support business management and decision-making.


Minna Valaja, Quality & Sustainability Manager, EC Electro Center
Minna Valaja is the Quality and Sustainability Manager at EC Electro Center, with extensive experience in quality, environmental, occupational health and safety roles across various industrial sectors. Her areas of expertise include QEHS systems, audits, risk management, operational development, and building safer, more efficient and responsible operations.
