Roll forming technology is continuously developing as manufacturers demand higher production speeds, increased flexibility and more automated production. The presentation explores developments such as flying cut-off systems, modern control technology and how existing production lines can be upgraded and kept productive over a long machine lifetime. Based on practical experience from Nordic manufacturing projects, it also looks at the growing importance of service, technical support and close cooperation between machine suppliers and manufacturers.
