Welcome to the Subcontracting Trade Fair at Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre, September 29 – October 1 , 2026!
Please find below important information regarding your presentation. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with these instructions in advance and share this information with all relevant participants.
Please check the Alihankinta website for your presentation time and location. If you cannot find your session or if any changes are needed, please contact the event producer.
ENTRY AND ARRIVAL AT THE FAIR
Speakers are entitled to free admission to the fair with a speaker badge.
You can obtain your speaker badge by registering in advance via the link below. (Please remember to enter your vehicle registration number at the same time, no later than 27 September 2026.)
After registration, you will receive a QR code. Upon arrival at the fair, you can print your speaker badge using the QR code.
Parking and cloakroom services are free of charge for speakers.
- To use the complimentary cloakroom service, please show your speaker badge to the cloakroom staff.
- Complimentary parking is available by entering your vehicle registration number in the speaker registration form via the link above no later than 27 September 2026. (After this date, registration numbers can no longer be added to the system.)
Please note: Parking spaces at the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre are limited. We cannot guarantee parking availability for all participants, so we recommend arriving early. We also encourage the use of hotel shuttles, railway station transportation services, or public transport.
The exhibition area map shows the exhibition halls, entrances, and program areas.
PRESENTATION MATERIALS AND STAGE TECHNICAL INFORMATION
If you intend to use a slide presentation or video during your session, we kindly request that you submit your final presentation material no later than Thursday, 24 September 2026.
Providing materials in advance allows us to deliver them to the stage technicians beforehand and ensures a smooth presentation experience on the event day.

Presentation Requirements
- All common presentation formats are supported (PowerPoint, etc.).
- Full HD 16:9 video format; all common file formats accepted (preferably .mp4 H.264).
- Presentation aspect ratio should preferably be 16:9.
- Please use sufficiently large font sizes so that text, charts, and images are clearly visible to the audience. We recommend a minimum font size of 20.
- Tampere Trade Fairs Ltd. is responsible for all Teosto licensing fees related to music played on the programme stages.
- Speaker names will be published in the programme schedule. Please inform us promptly of any changes.
Programme Stage Information
- Each programme stage has a host who will introduce speakers. Time will also be reserved for audience questions at the end of the session.
- The programme stages operate on a continuous schedule, so we kindly ask that presentations remain within the agreed time slot.
- A stage technician and programme assistant will be available to help with technical matters.
- We kindly request that speakers arrive near the presentation area at least 10 minutes before the start of their session.
- If you have any special requirements related to your presentation, please contact the event producer as soon as possible.
Stage Equipment and Technical Setup (Both Stages)
- Sound system and required microphones (headset microphone or handheld microphone available)
- Speaker confidence monitor and presentation clicker
- Main Stage:Large screen/ Theme Stage four 75-inch presentation screens
- Technician responsible for presentation and audio technology
- Standing table and chairs for panel discussions available when required
