G-Tronic is a subcontracting machine shop established in 2004. We produce even the most demanding parts and assemblies according to your needs, from prototypes to series production.

Thanks to our versatile machinery, we support you all the way from product development to production and quality assurance. We are small enough to operate with agility and large enough to deliver reliably in every situation.

Measurement Services and CMM Machines

We provide measurement services with Zeiss Duramax and Zeiss Contura machines, up to a size of 1000 x 1200 x 600. Our services range flexibly from individual measurements to full subcontracting acceptance inspections.

Large Series and Just-in-Time Production

We also handle high-volume production with our robot-assisted machining cells. For quality assurance, coordinate measuring machines are integrated into the cells for part inspections.

We can manufacture customer parts into our own intermediate storage, enabling quick call-offs. Inventory levels and production status can be tracked through our Extranet service.
