TLT Manufacturing is a group of companies building an electronics manufacturing hub in Vilnius, Lithuania. In September 2025, they officially opened High-Tech Hill, their technology hub, which launched four new plants: two EMS facilities, a PCB plant, and a plastic injection molding facility.
