Project and workforce coordinator at Metallivoima Oy, working with industrial and shipyard projects. We provide skilled welders, fitters, electricians and other industrial professionals according to project needs. I coordinate workforce preparation, certifications, training and practical arrangements, and I’m interested in building new partnerships and expanding into new European markets.
