Core capabilities:
- Precision Machining: Our machine portfolio includes 30 pcs of modern Swiss-type and automatic CNC lathes that are all equipped with bar feeders. With up to 13 axes of control, they enable simultaneous multi-operation machining—including turning, milling, drilling, threading, and more—via live tooling and synchronized main/sub-spindles, reducing cycle times and eliminating secondary processes for enhanced efficiency.
- CNC laser welding: State-of-the-art laser welding for metals and alloys. Our Nd:YAG, 1064 nm, avg. 150 W, peak 9 kW and Fiber laser, 1070 nm, avg. 150 W, peak 1,5 kW laser welding machines are great for high volume welding of small parts.
Additionally we provide prototype manufacturing and R&D support for customers, manual and semi-automated assembly, laser marking with colour marking capability and partnered surface treatments through our trusted network of suppliers.
