Hydraulic Power Oy designs and manufactures customer-specific hydraulic units and cylinders. Our operations are based on an ISO 9001-certified quality system, which guarantees the consistently high quality of our products and services.

Cylinders

    We manufacture HPSA-series cylinders and cylinders in compliance with ISO 6020 and ISO 6022 standards. In addition, we produce cylinders tailored to customer-specific dimensions, mountings, and accessories such as end cushioning, air bleed screws, pressure measurement fittings, and position sensors. Cylinders are manufactured from both steel and stainless steel in sizes ranging from ø 25–800 mm. We also design and produce special cylinders as single pieces or in small series according to customer requirements.

Power units

    We design and tailor hydraulic power units and systems to order based on our customers' needs. We manufacture steel, stainless steel, and aluminum tanks and spill trays up to 10,000 liters in size at our own premises in Järvelä. We also carry out steel/glass bead blasting, painting, and assembly of the power units. We use well-known pump and valve brands in accordance with our customers' wishes. In addition, we offer ATEX-approved solutions, which we have been supplying since 2020.

Services

    Our services include piping installations and commissioning, which are carried out by our own skilled personnel. All piping is thoroughly flushed with a separate flushing machine, and if necessary, we also perform oil purity checks and hydraulic system commissioning.
